We have all the necessary trades in-house and manage all additional services and requirements including (but not limited to) booking and managing skip bins and removal, organising access between the various parties e.g. Real Estate, Building Managers, Strata Managers, Tenants, Clients and more.
We liaise directly with the tenant and the property manager/landlord to ensure that the scope of works meets all requirements
